Unattended configuration

Any stdio-capable MCP client can launch the package with npx. The documented minimal configuration exposes stateless tools, while `--enable-workspace` adds local persisted profile, watchlist, and thesis data.

Authentication and prerequisites

The server has a mixed authentication boundary: many modules work with no API key, while optional Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, and FRED modules each use their own provider API key. The native single-value taxonomy cannot express that optional per-module mix.

Connection configuration

Use command `npx` with args `-y stock-scanner-mcp`; optionally add `--enable-workspace`, a data directory, module selection, and provider key environment variables.
