gdocs-comments-mcp

Publisher documentation reviewed from pinned README and package manifest. No login, browser, document, or package was accessed. UI automation is documented as inherently less stable than an API, and saved browser profiles contain sensitive session cookies.

Unattended configuration

Publisher documentation describes stdio operation with headless browser automation after interactive setup; the saved session can expire and must then be renewed. The package and Google integration were not executed.

Authentication and prerequisites

Authentication uses a one-time interactive Google browser login and a locally saved browser profile, explicitly not OAuth. Session-cookie authentication is outside the native taxonomy, so auth is unknown and setup requires user authorization.

Connection configuration

After the separate login command, an MCP client launches npx -y gdocs-comments-mcp over stdio; optional configuration can select a profile, browser channel, or CDP URL.
