daleads-mcp

Publisher README and package manifest reviewed offline; neither the package nor the provider API was executed. Most data tools require a DA Leads API key and provider-side entitlements, while documented sample tools are keyless. Project-watch creation and deactivation change provider state and require deliberate authorization. API data has separate licensing and redistribution terms.

Capabilities: Search Australian development applications and canonical projects, Query property, suburb, regional, hazard, and planning intelligence, Run documented read-only development-application SQL analysis, Create, list, and deactivate project monitoring watches
